The V12 Finance credit option enables you to pay your purchase in 12 months or spread th payments into monthly transactions.

5) ON-TIME DELIVERY

Express Delivery

With Express Delivery, place your order before 10 a.m. and receive the delivery within 24-48 hours. Orders placed before 10 a.m. will be dispatched the following day. Shipment is done via UPS Express, the global market leader of the international air express industry. Delivery charge is calculated according to the weight of your products. Please note that since UPS does not deliver on weekends, if your order is placed on a Friday, it will be delivered to you on the following Tuesday provided that your product is in stock at our warehouse.

Standard delivery

With standard delivery you receive your parcel within 2-3 days. Shipment is done via Parcelforce Worldwide, a leading provider of collection and delivery services for urgent packages and parcels within the UK and throughout the world. Delivery charge is calculated according to the weight of the products. For the standard delivery of all Major Home Appliances you should receive your goods within 5 days. Please note that the delivery will be made by Curry's Home Delivery, a partner company of Pixmania.

2 man delivery

Our specialist 2-man delivery company will contact you within 48 hours of Pixmania dispatching your order to them to arrange a suitable time and date (between Monday and Saturday) to deliver your product to your home (3-hour delivery time window).
Delivery takes 4 to 6 working days to mainland England, Wales and the Scottish Lowlands including Glasgow & Edinburgh. Delivery can take up to 8 working days for the following postcode areas: TD, DG, KA, ML, G, FK, KY, AB, PH, DD, PA, IV, KW, and ‘offshore’ Scottish Islands, HS, ZE, KW, Channel Islands (JE and GY postcodes), the Isle of Man (IM postcode) and Northern Ireland (BT postcode).
The item will be delivered straight to the customer’s chosen room, and unpacked and placed on a stand upon request. Any unwanted packaging will be removed and disposed of.

6) WARRANTY AND AFTER SALES SERVICES

Our no-quibble 15 working days' money back warranty, beginning the day after the goods are received, means you can return your purchase if you change your mind.

Please ensure that the product has not been used and that it is returned to us undamaged in the original packaging, along with all accessories and instructions; all we ask is that you pay the return carriage costs (with insurance). All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty for a period of 12 months, unless otherwise stated, from the date of delivery. For your additional peace of mind we offer an extended warranty of one year (1) on most products at no cost!

The warranty excludes faults caused by neglect, misuse or accidental damage.
The warranty excludes consequential loss of consumable items, eg: film, batteries, processing etc.
Every product that has a manufacturer's warranty comes with a warranty certificate. If the warranty certificate is missing, your invoice will serve as written proof thereof. Please note that the 15 day money back warranty does not apply to Major
Home Appliances. For all purchases of Major Home Appliances you can cancel
